CONTENT

We provide pricing guides, information templates, and related documentation for photographers (“Templates”). These Templates are fully customizable Adobe InDesign templates designed to be either exported as a PDF or printed through an online third party (such as MagCloud).

USE OF TEMPLATES

Subject to your compliance with this Policy, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable right to access and use the Templates to develop pricing guides or other documentation for your photography clients. The Templates cannot, under any circumstances, be resold by you. You acknowledge and agree that the Templates are licensed, not sold, to you for use only under this Policy.

You may need to purchase additional products, such as Adobe InDesign, in order to use the Templates, which may require you to pay additional fees. We do not endorse, sponsor, or assume responsibility for any third party products required to access or use the Templates.

PAYMENT & CONDITIONS OF SALE

You may pay for Templates through the website using our third party payment processor. All sales are final and refunds will not be issued, except for defective Templates.

MODIFICATIONS

We may update or modify this Policy at any time upon notice to you. Your purchase of a Template or your use of the website after the effective date posted at the top of this Policy will constitute your acceptance of the updated Policy.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

You acknowledge and agree that we or our licensors own all right, title, and interest (including without limitation all intellectual property rights) in the Templates. The Templates are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

If you elect to provide or make available to us any feedback relating to the Templates, you agree we are free to use such feedback without restriction.

DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, (a) you agree that the Templates are provided to you “AS IS” and we disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, title, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose; (b) you agree that we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Templates or website; and (c) our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Templates or website will not exceed the greater of five dollars ($5) or the amounts paid by you to us for the Templates.

SHIPPING/DOWNLOADING

All purchases of Templates will be sent via digital download. No physical items exist or will be sent. If you've made a purchase and nothing downloaded, make sure you are on an actual computer (not mobile device or iPad).
