— Elevate every part of your brand, starting with the very first exchange
Your value as a creative can, and should, go beyond your final product.
CLIENT EXPERIENCE MATTERS
Shortly after I began my business 9 years ago, I felt lost on how to simultaneously provide my clients great images AND a great experience without getting buried by emails and miscommunications. Honestly, I was trying to do too much and the pressure was exhausting. After a few years of “close to burnout” status, I was able to pinpoint my struggle — I needed to find where I could elevate my brand so not only my clients were benefitting, but my business would flourish. Work smarter, not harder, right?
Enter pricing guides, client guides, and all the other "client-facing" documents we so often overlook as photographers, but add so much value to our brand (and frankly, time back into our lives!). These single-handedly changed my business & workflow for the better.
The first thing a client sees from you should blow them out of the water.
The reality is your pricing guide is the single most important (and hard-working) document you can send. Not only do you get a rare opportunity at one-on-one attention, you get to show off your work and WHY you're the person for the job.
I realized there were so many things that I ACTUALLY had control over before the wedding day even started.
I can't tell you how much of a life-saver this document is. From timelines to lighting to vendors, I educate my clients on how I work AND how they can set me up for success before their wedding day.
I've heard it time & time again.
"I don't have the budget to hire a designer, but I want something that looks really cool and similar to my brand".
I GET IT. I truly empathize with the intimidation that comes with creating your own documents. Not only the layout, but the content that goes into it. You start, you stop, you get motivated, then it's too complicated. I hear you loud & clear. It's why after years of creating custom guides for other photographers, I've figured out exactly what you need — a beautiful layout and help knowing what goes where.
Not a photographer?
Don't worry! My guides work across multiple fields and I have had clients from videographers to florists to yoga instructors use my templates. My goal is also to expand to other industries so finding the right guide is even easier.
Are you a calligrapher? Run an AirBnb? A nutritionist? A business coach? Guides are coming for YOU TOO. Stay tuned for more guide releases dedicated to your fields.
